Recruitment Specialist

As we expand, we're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is detail-oriented and goal-driven, with a strong recruitment background. This role involves enhancing our workplace culture and playing a key role in our growth by managing both recruitment and broader HR responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, actively sourcing top-tier talent, across all seniority levels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the organization.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Work closely with team leaders to define recruitment needs.
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with Team Leaders, Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the teams.
  • Understanding that caring about Candidate Experience is not just a trend but a standard in recruitment work.
  • From the first point of contact to successful onboarding, ensure each candidate has a memorable and positive experience.
  • Represent the company at events, fostering networking opportunities in the future.
  • Take an active role in HR initiatives, including improving the recruitment process, enhancing internal communication, and creating a knowledge base.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding projects.
  • Help resolve employee queries regarding procedures and benefits in collaboration with HR colleagues.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing independent recruitment processes.
  • You are familiar with recruitment methods and tools and know how to adapt them to a specific process, whether recruiting a junior, a specialist, or a manager—in IT and non–IT roles.
  • You know how to conduct recruitment interviews and are skilled at verifying candidates' competencies.
  • You are proficient in direct search methods, effectively sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Openness to new challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and experience of ATS systems (we’re using Traffit)
  • Ability to communicate in English (at least B2 level)
  • You view difficulties as challenges from which you draw valuable lessons.
  • You can organize your work well, characterized by independence and goal orientation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in gaming, Web3, or new technologies industries.
