Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be a 360 independent one-man (or women 🙋‍♀️) army, with a proven track record of planning and executing marketing tasks across various platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing will have the autonomy to make a significant impact, supported by our game-changing marketing team. Being a web3-native is a big plus.

We are working from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Your responsibilities include

  • Planning and executing the marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content required for digital activities.
  • Improve conversion across product solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to determine lead quality, quantity, and cost structure.
  • Be able to execute performance marketing campaigns & measure results
  • Be able to attract mobile game users
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team for seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting the results of marketing activities.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Minimum 5 years in planning and executing digital strategies across various platforms: distinctive knowledge of building and running campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, X or Discord is a must.
  • Deep understanding of Elympics products is a big plus. Otherwise, you need to be eager to learn a lot about Elympic and do it rather quickly.
  • Advanced English (B2+/C1/C2 level) and Polish
  • Customer-focused, B2B marketing skills with the ability to translate core customer problems into creative campaign concepts.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven record of building successful digital campaigns.
  • A curious, creative, and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to lead, create, and execute campaigns autonomously.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Having experience in user acquisition is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in gaming, Web3, or new technologies industries.
  • Keen interest in and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Growth hacking skills.
