Game Success Manager

We’re looking for someone who knows the gaming industry inside and out, excels at maintaining strong relationships, and plays a key role in fostering ongoing collaborations to support the development of new games with developers who have already created titles on Elympics.

We offer a remote work model, complemented by visits to our Warsaw office once or twice a month to maintain in-person connection.

Your responsibilities include

  • Coordinate day-to-day support for games built on Elympics – technical, product, and marketing.
  • Be the go-to person for developers and publishers during their build process.
  • Help organize and manage documentation, how-to guides, and dev tutorials.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of video content, onboarding materials, and other resources.
  • Coordinate with our tech and marketing teams to make sure our partners get what they need – when they need it.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with our partners and help them ship great games.
  • Spot blockers early and keep projects moving – whether it’s a dev issue, a missing doc, or a go-to-market delay.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Experience in the game industry — ideally as a producer, publisher-side PM, or a similar role where you've worn multiple hats.
  • A track record of leading projects across teams and keeping timelines (and people) on track.
  • A proactive mindset — you're independent, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Strong people skills — you know how to build trust with partners and keep internal teams aligned and motivated.
  • A solid grasp of how games are built — you’re not expected to code, but you understand the production pipeline and can speak the same language as devs.
