Community Lead

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and energetic individual with a proven track record in building communities, especially for gamers or in the web3 and crypto sectors. As a Leader, you will have the autonomy to make a significant impact, supported by our innovative team.

Your responsibilities include 

  • Planning and executing community-building strategies.
  • Developing the community with a particular focus on strategically important markets for the project.
  • Managing a team of moderators to facilitate effective community engagement.
  • Engaging actively with our community through various channels, fostering relationships, and building a network of advocates for our brand.
  • Leading and moderating discussions,  and other interactive content to boost community involvement, in collaboration with a team of moderators to ensure strategic community development without overwhelming involvement in discussions—you will have a team who can handle this ;) 
  • Highlighting customer/external partners' success stories and testimonials to illustrate the impact on their business.
  • Working closely with our new business, technology, and marketing teams to uncover and tell these stories in compelling ways.
  • Monitoring the performance of content and community initiatives, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Gathering and acting on feedback from the community to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Creating and managing content for digital platforms.
  • Attracting and retaining community members, especially gamers.
  • Being a frontman in the market and an evangelist for the Elympics brand, promoting our vision and values

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • 2-3 years of experience in community-building and engagement initiatives. We value someone with proven success in building communities over the sheer number of years of experience.
  • Experience in planning and executing community strategies across various platforms like Telegram and Discord 
  • Proven success in web3 community management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content.
  • Experience planning and leading online activities and other interactive online events.
  • Project management skills – you might love project management tools
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to engagement.
  • Deep understanding of Elympics products is a big plus. Otherwise, you need to be eager to learn a lot about Elympic and do it rather quickly.
  • Experience in gaming, web3, or new technologies industries.
  • Advanced English (C1/C2 level).

Nice to Have 👌

  • Keen interest in and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Experience working with influencers/business partners, etc.
